Shailendra Group recently acquired 1200 acres of raw land in December of 2006 in the Butts County, Georgia region off of GA State Road 30. Developers are currently in the initial phases of master planning the property with a mixed use development in mind. Land uses will include single family residences, multifamily homes, office, retail, and industrial facilities.
